These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and tenwin (the "Platform" or "Operator"), governing your access to and use of the tenwin website accessible at tenwin.cam and all associated services, products, software and content offered therein.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, accessing any game or service, or otherwise using any part of the tenwin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the tenwin platform. If you are uncertain about any clause, please contact our support team or seek independent legal advice before proceeding.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an account on tenwin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person of at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by applicable law in your location — whichever is greater. Being of legal age does not determine the lawfulness of gambling in your specific jurisdiction.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction as designated by the Operator from time to time.
• You are not currently self-excluded from tenwin or any other gambling platform in a manner that would extend to tenwin's services.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director or immediate family member of the Operator or its affiliated entities, technology providers or service partners.
• The funds you deposit and wager are derived from legitimate, lawful sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity.

4.1 Single Account PolicyEach User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the tenwin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Accuracy of InformationAll information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details. The Operator is not liable for consequences arising from your failure to keep registration information up to date.

4.3 Account SecurityYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. The Operator assumes all activity conducted through your account is authorised by you unless you notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

4.4 KYC VerificationThe Operator operates a KYC verification programme consistent with its AML compliance obligations. Verification may be required at registration, prior to first withdrawal, upon reaching specified deposit thresholds, or at any other time at the Operator's discretion. Commonly accepted documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of residential address and, where required, documentation evidencing source of funds.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions Pending KYCThe Operator reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. This is a standard AML control and does not constitute unlawful withholding of funds where the delay is attributable to the User's failure to provide requested documents.

5.1 Permitted UseThe tenwin Platform is provided for the personal entertainment of eligible Users. Access to, and use of, the Platform is strictly limited to lawful personal use in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

5.2 Personal Use OnlyYou may not use the Platform on behalf of a third party, accept deposits from third parties for wagering purposes, or operate any form of betting syndicate or pooling arrangement through your account without prior written consent from the Operator.

5.3 Technical AccessThe Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may cause temporary service interruptions. The Operator shall not be liable for losses arising from unavailability of the Platform.

5.4 Game RulesEach game, betting market or product offered on the Platform is subject to individual game rules published within the relevant game interface or product page. In the event of conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that particular game or product.

6.1 Accepted Payment MethodsAccepted payment methods are displayed in the Platform cashier and are subject to change without notice. Payment-provider names referenced elsewhere on this Platform (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are used as familiar Pakistani payment context only and do not constitute a guarantee of current availability or endorsement by those providers.

6.2 Minimum DepositsMinimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier for each available payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to the User's account.

6.3 Withdrawal ConditionsWithdrawals are subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) absence of any open investigation relating to the account; and (d) the Operator's standard AML review process. Withdrawal requests that do not meet these conditions will be held until all conditions are satisfied.

6.4 Processing TimesThe Operator does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Timelines are affected by the chosen payment method, banking working hours, the User's verification status and the Operator's internal review queue. Common Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast may process faster than standard bank transfers, but no speed is guaranteed and these providers do not endorse gambling services.

6.5 CurrencyWhere amounts are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), these are illustrative references for the benefit of Pakistan-based Users. Actual account currency and applicable exchange rates are determined by the Operator's cashier configuration at the time of the transaction.

6.6 Personal Payment MethodsUsers must only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods is prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of transactions.

7.1 General Bonus TermsAll bonuses and promotions offered by tenwin are subject to specific terms including, but not limited to: wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions during bonus activity, game contribution rates, bonus expiry periods, maximum cash-out limits and minimum qualifying deposit amounts. These terms are published with each individual offer and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering RequirementsBonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) has been met in full. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the relevant offer terms. Any attempt to withdraw Real Money Balance while a bonus wagering requirement is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

7.3 Maximum Bet RestrictionWhere a maximum bet restriction applies during a bonus, placing a single wager in excess of that limit — regardless of the game or market — constitutes a breach of the bonus terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings. Maximum bet restrictions are specified in each offer's terms.

7.4 Bonus AbuseThe Operator reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus, free spin or promotional credit where, in the Operator's reasonable judgment, the bonus has been claimed fraudulently, in breach of the offer terms, or as part of coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts or Users.

7.5 Non-TransferabilityBonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged. Bonuses have no cash value except upon satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tenwin Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including use of stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process, conceal or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an advantage in game play, exploit odds pricing or circumvent Platform security.
• Bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or the use of coordinated strategies designed to exploit promotional offers at zero or low risk.
• Account sharing — granting any other person access to your account credentials or allowing a third party to conduct transactions through your account.
• Chargebacks — disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider after funds have been wagered or withdrawn, which constitutes fraud.
• Circumventing self-exclusion — registering a new account or using another person's account during any period of self-exclusion.
• Any other conduct that the Operator, acting reasonably, determines to be abusive, harmful or contrary to the integrity of the Platform.

9.1 Player Protection ToolsThe following tools are available to all registered Users through the account dashboard: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) loss limits; (c) session time reminders and time limits; (d) reality checks; and (e) self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).

9.2 Self-ExclusionA User who self-excludes from the Platform agrees not to attempt to re-register or access the Platform during the self-exclusion period. Any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed, balances will be returned and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

9.3 Minor ProtectionThe Platform is strictly prohibited for use by persons under 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. All content on the tenwin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, source code, data compilations and audiovisual content — is the proprietary intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database rights.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from the Operator.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11.1 No WarrantyThe tenwin Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy of odds data, or absence of errors.

11.2 LimitationTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the net Real Money deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

11.3 ExclusionsThe Operator shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, data or business opportunity; (c) losses arising from reliance on third-party payment provider performance; (d) losses caused by telecommunications failures, internet disruptions or force majeure events; or (e) losses arising from a User's breach of these Terms.

11.4 Gambling RiskGambling involves inherent financial risk. The Operator accepts no responsibility for any financial losses sustained through participation in any game or betting market. Players acknowledge that they may lose all deposited funds and participate entirely at their own risk.

12.1 Closure by UserYou may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. On closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigation.

12.2 Closure by OperatorThe Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the User is in breach of these Terms; (b) the Operator reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity; (c) required by applicable law or regulatory instruction; or (d) where continuation of the account presents a regulatory or reputational risk to the Operator.

12.3 Effect of TerminationUpon account closure, all Bonus balances, loyalty points and promotional credits are immediately forfeited and will not be paid out under any circumstances. Real Money Balances will be processed in accordance with Clause 12.1, subject to the conditions stated therein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

The Operator does not make any representation that the use of the tenwin Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Users access and use the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws in their respective location, including the laws of Pakistan.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will provide reasonable notice — typically by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by notifying registered Users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the tenwin Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
